Ordering conditions

We do not apply a minimum order amount.

We deliver worldwide(1) and the conditions (fees, carriers and delays) may be subject to variation depending on the country of shipment.

Possible customs fees may be charged by the carrier upon delivery. These are specific to each country and depend on the amount of your order. When charges apply, they are at your expense.

We undertake to notify you by email of the status of your order on the business day(2) following your online purchase, with a tracking number.

We invite you to regularly track the delivery of your package using the link received by email or the "My Account / My Orders" section. In case of problem, you can contact us on customerservice@ioma-paris.com.

The applicable prices are in € including all taxes. For some shipping countries such as the United Kingdom, the applicable rates are in £ including VAT.

Delivery by So Colissimo

The Colissimo delivery is carried out, at your choice, at home or at the collection point.

Colissimo informs you of the availability of your package by email and/or SMS.

In case of absence during the passage of the deliveryman at your home, a notice will be left in your mailbox, giving you the opportunity to retrieve your package at the post office within 2 weeks.
